BULLO RIVER STATION consists of twelve double/twin rooms each with air-conditioning and en suite facilities. Located a few metres from the main house, all rooms have sliding door access to the lawns surrounding the homestead with full access to the vast living areas of the homestead plus use of the swimming pool. Breakfasts are usually served outside on the homestead verandah with dinner in the main dining room. Dinners are informal and the menu relies heavily on the two exceptional products of the property, namely fresh barramundi (hopefully one you have caught yourself) and organic prime beef. All activities are tailor-made each day to suit your wishes. You can enjoy river cruises up the spectacular Bullo River Gorge to fish or spot crocodiles, visit local aboriginal rock art, or marvel at the hundreds of bird species that call Bullo home. |

THE BUSH CAMP FARAWAY BAY is hidden amongst ancient ranges overlooking a spectacular bay, is a benchmark property in the Kimberley region and has led the way in nature-based low impact tourism. Wherever possible, building infrastructure construction at Faraway Bay has used recycled materials. The main building has made extensive use of timber salvaged from the Wyndham Wharf. Although simple, Faraway Bay provides unrivalled luxury for a bush camp, with eight spacious cabins, king or twin beds with ceiling fans and mosquito nets scattered amongst the natural bush setting, offering privacy and 180-degree views of the spectacular cliff-lined bay. Six cabins have ensuite facilities with flushing toilet and hand basin and a private outdoor solar heated spring-water showers. |
